I recently got 2 emails asking about what I looked like when I was pregnant, how much weight I gained, what I did to make myself feel good, and what maternity clothes I wore. Well…I am going to answer some of those questions….but the main thing I want you to remember, and the reason I feel like I got these emails is because pregnancy is a very vulnerable time period. You have to eat right,even if you feel like crap. Stay active, even if your exhausted, but not too active. Get everything perfect for your little bundle of joy to arrive. Go to countless doctors appointments for them to tell you how much weight you have gained, and trying to remind yourself it is a great thing you are gaining weight!
