How to Pack for a 7 Day Vacation in a Carry on!

Have you ever dreamed of going on a vacation, we are talking like a 6-7 night vacay with only a carry on packed? Not possible right? I mean, you would at least need 2 skirts, 4 dresses, 3 pairs of denim, 6 tops, and since all of your outfits are completely different probably 7 pairs of shoes. Well, lucky for you – I have a solution, a capsule wardrobe! And, it doesn’t involve wearing the same outfit twice, ever! Insert –  Vacay Style. All of their pieces are made in California and out of vacation friendly fabrics, aka wrinkle resistant!

Vacay Style is a series of collections that vary according to your style, vacation destination, and sizing! Each collection contains 5 items which makes 15 different outfits! I tested this theory and wore my collection for a week and must say – not once did I repeat a look! I only got through 7 outfits in the week and I have them all showcased below! The only thing I threw in of my own were one staple item, in this case white denim but you could also do cut off shorts or a denim skirt and accessories (hats, earrings, bag, shoes).  So, therefore I am confident to tell you, that these Vacay Style pieces would be all that you would need for your next vacation other than the items I mentioned above, and your tooth brush of course. Ha!

Maybe your not crazy about the pieces in the collection that I chose? Thats okay, they have 9 different collections as well as you can make your own mixing your favorite pieces from each collection. The trick to it all is, most pieces double as two different pieces. One day it may be a dress, the next day its a maxi skirt. One day it may be a top and the next day its a dress. You get to decide! Im going to show you the 7 outfits I created – but remember there were 8 other combinations I could have made!!!!

Look 1:  White off the shoulder dress.

Look 2: White off the shoulder dress turned into a top with skirt combo.

Look 3: Skirt turned into strapless midi dress.

Look 4: Vacay Style top paired with my one essential item, white jeans.
