Lipstick Heels and a Baby

Chocolate Almond Butter & Banana Bites

in Recipes on 19/10/23

Happy fall yall! This time of the year I love to back comfort foods, snack , and treats. Today I am sharing a yummy treat that is also healthy too! These are SO GOOD and depending on your ingredients you use, they are also refined sugar-free! Store these in your freezer so the banana doesn’t get mushy until ready to eat, we just grab them out as we crave sweets!

And here is a link to my fun fall trays to bake your bites in HERE!

What you need:
2 bags of @hukitchen Gems (You only need one bag for mini muffin tins)
3 tsp coconut oil (1 tsp per bag of chocolate + 1 tsp in nut butter)
1 banana thinly sliced
1/3 cup nut butter of choice (I love almond, mixed nut or granola butter)

Start by melting your chocolate and 1 tsp of coconut oil on low. While that is melting pop your nut butter and another tsp in the microwave, or also on the stove. Thinly slice your banana. Once chocolate is melted, spoon in one layer of chocolate to all of your molds/or cups, a slice or banana, a thin layer of nut butter and top it off with some more melted chocolate!

Freeze and enjoy!
