Favorite Eye Makeup

I have had several people ask me what type of makeup I wear. I figured I would start with eye makeup today and go into more deets about the rest of my makeup in another post!!!! The makeup I wear changes every so often so this is just what I am wearing right now, 6 months from now it will prob be different!

Let’s start with mascara..MY FAVORITE..well kinda I feel like each one of these will be my favorite when Im writing about it! haha

Givenchy Noir Couture in Black Satin -Favorite Brush (Sephora)

Buxom Lash by Bare Escentuals in Blackest Black-Favorite every day. Keeps lashes from clumping (Sephora)

Loreal Voluminous in Carbon Black-Favorite thick clumpy goopy mascara..It is thick and goopy and I LOVE it. Great for nights out. (Target)

Loreal Voluminous False Lashes Waterproof (the bottom sticker is so small I can’t see the color, but I know its the darkest one they offer) – I wear this every day and/or night on my bottom lashes. this is the only water proof mascara I wear. I don’t like waterproof mascara usually because I feel like it dries out my lashes…but on the bottom I feel like this is a must.

Then on to Eyeliner..

I love Mac’s gel liner in Black Track that I put on with a thin liner brush from sephora. Mac makes great brushes if you feel like splurging too!

I also love Macs pencil liner in the color Engraved, I use this one on “lazy days” and my bottom lid when I do put eyeliner there. I don’t put liner on my bottom lid every day. I like for it to look clean sometimes or sometimes I use a shadow instead. I have a few other Mac pencil liners that I love but I do not use them on a daily basis!

For your pencil, having a good pencil sharpener is SO IMPORTANT! You dont want the wood around the pencil to splinter or to break your pencil. I use the Mac Pencil Sharpener.

 I LOVE MAC EYE SHADOW but I have way to many to list in this post..I will do a separate post on those soon!

Okay, back to the pallets. Naked by Urban Decay is AMAZING…I love the Naked 2 as well but I have so many eye shadows I feel like that one isn’t necessary for me quite yet….key word, yet…

I will show you pictures of my eyes with the naked pallet soon.

The Two Faced pallet Natural Eye is one I have been using for years, and continue to buy. I just love it!!!

I just got the Naked Basics by Urban Decay in my stocking at Christmas and could NOT BE MORE OBSESSED!!!!! It has a black in it to smudge my liner, or do bottom liner, light colors for highlighters under the brow and in the corner of my eye, great lid colors, and a FANTASTIC crease color for any eye color. I just got this, and its one of those pallets you would take with you when you travel because it has all the basics of what you would need!!!! SERIOUSLY I am obsessed…go to Sephora and BUY IT NOW!
