Game Day Cheese Ball Recipe

It’s football season y’all! This Game Day Cheese Ball is the perfect appetizer to bring to your next football party! I laid out what you need below! And linked the how to video from Instagram.

Touchdown!

You need:
1 block of softened cream cheese
1 small tub of onion and chive cream cheese
1 cup of cheddar cheese
1 cup of mozzarella cheese
Chives
Cooked bacon chopped
1/4 cup of pimentos
Pepperoni or salami
Slice of white cheddar or provolone cheese
Crackers

To Make:

1.First mix the soft cheeses together.

2.Then add in your cheddar, mozz, chopped bacon and drained pimentos.

3.Scoop your mixture onto a platter and shape into football.

4.Chop the chives into small pieces to look like blades of grass around your football.

5.Chop your pepperoni or salami  into triangles.

6.Then cover the football with the pepperoni or salami

7.Add crackers around the football.
