Lipstick Heels and a Baby

Healthy Lunch/Snack to ALWAYS have around your house!!!

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD YOU EVER HAVE AN EXCUSE TO GO THROUGH A DRIVE THROUGH, unless it is for a salad….or maybe Wendy’s baked potato and chili…other than that..DON’T DO IT! Here is a much easier, cheaper, more filling and HEALTHIER option!!!! I seriously shove a few huge spoon fulls in my mouth before I run errands to hold me over until I get home or I pack a small container with me in a cooler and eat in the parking lot somewhere! This is great for those of you who work to take for lunch, you can make a few days lunch in one time! There is no excuses people…just do it..okay?
Tuna with grapes, cucumbers, pickles, a tiny bit of mayo, and a whole lot of mustard!!!
What you need::
3 cans of tuna (more or less is up to you..I like to make enough for several meals while I have everything out)
1/2 a cucumber
1/4 cup sandwich dill pickles
1/2 cup of grapes
one spoon full of mayonaise
as much mustard as your little heart desires!
So, first I drain all the tuna and dump it in the bowl.
Chop up the cucumber, grapes, and pickles small enough to fit a little of each with the tuna in each bite..so pretty small pieces/slices
I put one spoon full of mayonaise, NO MORE..this is supposed to be healthy!

Then as much mustard as you want…look at the mustard..there is like NOTHING in it..no fat, no carbs, no cholesterol….its just salt and flavor!!!! its delish, and not going to make you gain wait..so SQUIRT AWAY!

..as you see I did….

Now, this is so good, I usually just eat it out of the bowl. Feel free to put it on whole wheat crackers or bread.
