I am always looking for new ideas on how to better my diet and health. Almost every health or fitness blog I read talks about Coconut Water and the benefits of it. Unfortunately I have tried over 6 different kinds and I HATE THEM ALL! I just can’t do it, I gag every time! So I decided to try this..I am making Coconut Water ice cubes that I found on Pinterest!
I tried them in water, UGH even worse than just the coconut water! But in soy milk and sweet tea I couldn’t taste them at all! I wouldn’t do all of the ice cubes as the coconut water, but adding 2 or 3 to every drink and you could easily have the Coconut Water all drank in one day without having to taste it at all!
I highly recommend this the day before and after drinking, such as New Years Eve and Day!
