Lipstick Heels and a Baby

My 10 Mommy Must Haves

in Style on 18/01/13

my mommy must haves
1. Cloud b Giraffe. I can not tell you how many times this soft little noise maker has saved me when I am in the car or running errands with Braydon!!!!

2. Baby Bath Ring. I do not feel this is necessary until your baby is about 5 months old, but at that point, it is beyond necessary. Braydon was trying to sit up out of his reclined bath way too often, he loves being able to sit and reach for the bubbles and bath toys in this!!!

3. Burp cloths made out of cloth diapers. No other burp cloth absorbs like these do!

4. Withings Baby Monitor. There is nothing more comforting than being able to see your baby where ever you are. Not to mention the humidity and temperature gauges!

5. Ferber Method…okay, I was very very very hesitant on this too…but it WORKS! 6 long months of getting up 4-7 times a night with my little one, got to night 3 of this and he only got up one time a night..(this was last night) I can only imagine it will get better…but I am not a firm believer!

6. Pottery Barn Stroller Blanket. There is nothing softer and more cuddly than your baby wrapped up in this warm blanket!

7. Johnson’s bedtime lotion. Smells so sweet and Braydon loves his little massages with this!

8. Keurig. Who wants to brew a whole cup of coffee at 2pm?? Not me…NEED THIS!

9. Nap Nanny. Now I am aware they got recalled, but I think its a crime! This thing is amazing! Braydon STILL lays in it while I shower or am doing things around the house. He also has baby einstein, swing, bouncer, and bumbo, but this has been my go to. A. you can carry it anywhere B. lets them nap without use of movement C. Can use right when you get home from hospital D. Great for babies with reflex to keep them elevated after bottle!!!!

10. A functional, BIG, diaper bag. I can’t tell you how important it is to have a big enough diaper bag! And a cute one at that!I recommend neutrals..black, brown, gray, tan. Daddy doesn’t want to carry a pink one and neutrals go for either sex and with any outfit!
What are some of your mommy must haves?
