Pets Are Family Too

We all love our pets. If your like me, your pets have been along longer than your children and in some cases even your husband! That is the case for me with Teddy, I have had him since I was 19! Our white pup, Ella, Ryan and I got while we were dating. They were with me through every single deployment and training Ryan went on. They are with us every night as we watch tv and as we sleep. I mean – it is almost as if we already have 4 children! We want whats best for our pets but let’s face it; Mama barely has time to make dinner for myself and the family – much less our dogs. It’s just not happening!

We had been using the same dog food for years. The dogs seemed to like it fine, would eat it but would never, ever get excited when the food went out. It was almost as if they were just going through the routine of eating when they had to. That is why we were so excited when we found Freshpet!
