Protein Chicken Sausage Pasta

This healthy recipe is the perfect savory lunch or side dish to your protein for dinner! Or, you can even add your protein into this and have a healthy version of risotto (similar texture). 🤌🏻

Spinach & Goat Cheese Cauliflower Rice

1 bag of organic cauliflower rice
1/4 onion chopped
1 large garlic clove chopped
6 cherry tomatoes sliced in half
2 large hand fulls of fresh spinach
2 TBSP goat cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Optional add ins: sautéed mushrooms, cooked copped chicken, cooked ground beef or sliced chicken sausage.
