Why I Drink Warm Mineral Lemon Water Every Morning

Morning boost with zero caffeine? Yes, there is such a thing. Insert Quinton Minerals and Warm Lemon Water. Also, I do want to start off by saying, I do have a matcha later in the morning but this allows me to feel alert and awake without any caffeine first thing in the morning!
