Bold Lip Tutorial | Lipstick Heels and a Baby

Today I am bringing you a tutorial for a natural eye and bold lip. I tend to stray away from a bold lip due to the fear of one of the boys touching my lips and smearing it across my face. Strange fear I know but, all moms know, it happens. But for date night or when your not hanging out with the kids bold lips are the perfect and confident final touch!

Step 1: Chose the eyebrow stencil that best fits your brow. Using the color closest to your eyebrow color (I used soft blonde) fill in the stencil around your brow. I then remove the stencil and use a cream colored eye liner to clean up around my brow.

Step 2: Apply eyeshadow in color ‘ice’ from the corner of your eye to the middle of your eye. I applied several layers to make the brightness of the shadow really show up.

Step 3: Use the eyeshadow in color ‘smoke‘ blend towards the outer edge and up onto your brow bone with a blending brush to keep the look soft and natural. I like to blow off excess powder from my brush so it doesn’t fall underneath my eye as much!

Step 4: Using the eyeliner draw a line along your lash line. For a more dramatic look you can flick the outer corner up about a millimeter or so, depending on your eye!
