Also, if you follow my instagram or twitter you saw I tried Oil Pulling for the first time yesterday and again today–I have to say it is def going to take some time to get used to–kinda grosses me out! Okay, it really grosses me out at first when the coconut oil is still solid!!! Blah! But I am going to try it for at least a week and see if I feel like it is still worth continuing!!! So we will touch base on this in a few days! 😉 What do y’all think of #oilpulling?
