Happy Monday! So as many of you may have noticed on instagram, I spent almost my entire weekend either lying down on my side or trying to stand with my back against the wall to help with this sciatic nerve pain! I feel so awful because I have heard people talk about it before and while I felt bad I had no idea quite how serious they were about the pain! Y’all it is awful!!!! It has had me in tears multiple times and stuck in weird positions to where I couldn’t move til the spasm passed! That being said I am going to try out a chiropractor and maybe acupuncture this week to see what I can do to help! Along with lots of stretches! 
Anyways! The temp has dropped lately and it seriously feels like a brisk fall, I kinda am loving it! Until it gets cold of course! 😉 haha Scroll down for a giveaway!
