As any mom knows, the day you become a mom and welcome your sweet baby into the world your entire life changes. But in reality, for me it changed the moment I found out I was pregnant, as I am sure it does with most moms and moms-to-be. You instantly become more protective, more health conscious and start planning 9 months out, which you probably had never planned that far out before unless you were maybe planning for a 2 week vacation!
The day we had Braydon, Ryan and I both knew we would love our baby boy more than anything in the entire world and protect them from anything and everything possible. The smallest part of me worried I would not have enough love in my heart to love Walker the same way, and I don’t mean for that to sound negative but your mind just can not grasp loving anything else as much. Until I laid eyes on Walker and my heart instantly doubled in size, it is possible to love both of my boys with every beat of my heart. It slightly makes me ready to have another one, slightly! haha I am just kidding, no time soon! Mama needs a break! Anyways, this Mother’s Day, remember, your mom has and will always put your needs before her own, make sure to tell her thank you, and that you love her. PS. I love you Mom, thank you for everything you do!
