Hi Guys!! It is that time of year again and I made a quick 5 day trip to the city that never sleeps for NY Fashion Week. This is my favorite time to try out new outfit trends that are currently in style and also check out everything that is going to be hitting the magazines, store front windows and ads for spring of 2017.
On day one I had a morning filled with pr meetings, show room visits, a hair apt with Tresemme (hairstyle shown below) followed by an afternoon full of shows. I found this culotte jumpsuit online about a month before I left for NYC and knew I had to have it. I love the powder blue color, the edginess of the location of the lace paneling detail. I styled it with neutral accessories to make the blue pop but you could even style it with a berry color to contrast the blue and give it more of a fall feel.
Oh, for Fashion Week I decided to stick to all ‘affordable’ outfits with a few designer and higher end accessories. I realize that affordable can be a relative term but I hope that you all feel that all of my looks through fashion week are achievable and relatable – just like my usual #ootd.
